| Sahajanand Group Of Companies was founded by Mr. Dhirajlal Kotadia in the year 1993, with the aim to provide hi-tech solutions to solve problems posed by age old gem stone processing methods. This pioneering vision has helped carve a special niche for Indian Diamond industry in the world arena today. Sahajanand diversified its activities with its foray into the medical devices field and took the opportunity to become India's first and the largest manufacturer of cardiovascular Stents. Sahajanand Group's third arm Sahajanand Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the field of Biotechnology research and manufacturing of evidence based herbal medicinal formulations. |

| Mr. Kotadia brings with him years of management know-how as well as leadership and vision that have helped the company to grow and achieve its targeted goals. He has over 2 decades of extensive experience in business development. He possesses an engineering background that includes industrial, medical and life sciences solutions along with a broad based understanding of intellectual, cultural and spiritual value systems. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s executive management, long-range planning and corporate growth. |

| Dr. Nandkishor Managoli - Managing Director |

| He completed his post-graduation in Pathology in 1989 and has since gathered a rich overall experience of more than 20 years in teaching, R&D, management and marketing. He also holds a PG Diploma in Holistic medicine.

| Having served as Lecturer in the Dept. of Pathology, Dr. V.M.Medical College, Solapur for 2 years, he progressed to the post of Chief Pathologist in Shree Mahavir General Hospital, Surat, where he managed the 120-bed, multi-specialty hospital for 8 years. In 1999, he established the Tejas Clinical laboratory in Surat, which he heads till date. |

He was one of the founding members of Sahajanand Life Sciences in 2001 and presently holds the post of Managing Director of the company. |

Since establishment, he has headed all the operations, particularly the R&D and has formulated many proprietary products for the company. He currently holds 12 international patents and has several other products in the R&D pipeline. |

He leveraged his experience and expertise in Pathology and used it to bridge the gaps between modern science and the traditional systems of medicine, thus pioneering a new paradigm of ‘unified’ medicine to cater to the emerging requirements and to address the unmet medical needs of modern society. |

| Mr. Shashi Dash - Consultant |

| Shashi S. Dash, till early 2008, was the President, Asia Pacific for the multinational luggage company, Samsonite Corporation, U.S.A., overseeing all of Asia Pacific, Australasia and Japan. |

| He has worked as a member of the management board of the corporation, Director, representative Director of Samsonite. |
|
| He has held senior positions and assignments - in London, Indonesia and Hong Kong. |
|
Since July 1996, he worked for Samsonite, first as the Executive Director, Sales & Marketing, in India,
Vice President-Asia from 1999 to 2003. In January 2004, he was promoted to President, Asia Pacific and Japan.
As one who strongly believes in taking the ‘untrodden path’, he has to his credit, developed and created markets for as varied a group of products. |

| Mr. Vaghasia is appointed as director (Administration & Finance) in 2009. He is associated with the range of Financial, administrative & purchase issues of the company. Prior to resuming his current position, he was serving as vice president of Finance and Administration, since 2003. He also deals with issues pertaining to export & import strategy for Sahajanand. He has started his career with Sahajanand Technologies in 1994 handling company accounts & presently contributing to the growth of the Sahajanand Life Sciences Company. |

| Mr. Shrirang Shrimant, joined Sahajanand life sciences as Manager- Production having vast and rich experience in Pharmaceutical Solid oral dosage forms and formulation and development of solid oral dosage form (non sterile). He has worked with many renowned pharmaceutical companies. |

| He has completed his graduation in Pharmacy from Amravati University and post graduation in Business Administration from Dr. B. A. M. University. |
|
| He is also an approved pharmacist recognized by FDA Maharashtra State in solid Oral Dosage Form, having the experience in USFDA, UK-MHRA, UNICEF, European regulatory processes and GMP Certification. |
|
| His fields of strength are production process optimization and cost effective production. |
